Pro Kabaddi Season 11: Team Big Rosters Revamped After the Auction

After the auction on August 15 and 16, the 12 teams for the new Pro Kabaddi League season are set. Each squad is prepared and ready for the upcoming season.

The spotlight is on Sachin Tanwar, the most expensive player in the auction, followed by Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh, who was the second most expensive.

After a two-day auction in Mumbai, all 12 Pro Kabaddi League teams have restructured their squads in preparation for Season 11. Here’s a look at how each team is shaping up:

Bengal Warriorz:-The Bengal Warriorz have built a strong squad with key players like Maninder Singh, who was retained using the FBM card for INR 1.15 Crore, and Fazel Atrachali, purchased for INR 50 Lakh, leading their offense and defense. The team has also strengthened their squad depth with experienced players like Nitesh Kumar and Mayur Kadam in defense, and a diverse range of raiders in attack.

Bengaluru Bulls:

The Bengaluru Bulls have revamped their squad by adding notable raiders such as Ajinkya Pawar and Pardeep Narwal for INR 1.107 crore and INR 70 Lakh, respectively. The team also added Jai Bhagwan to boost their attack and retained strong defenders like Saurabh Nandal to lead their defense.

Dabang Delhi K.C.:-

Dabang Delhi K.C. has retained key players like Naveen Kumar and Ashu Malik, while adding new talents such as Siddharth Desai for INR 26 Lakh to strengthen their attack. The team also bolstered their defense by signing Gaurav Chhillar and Rinku Narwal.

Gujarat Giants:

The Gujarat Giants retained Parteek Dahiya and Rakesh before the auction and further strengthened their squad by signing Guman Singh for INR 1.97 Crore. They also added solid defenders like Harsh Lad and Neeraj Kumar.

Haryana Steelers:

The Haryana Steelers retained key players and went big in the auction to acquire Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh for INR 2.07 Crore, significantly boosting their squad with versatile all-rounders and defenders.

Jaipur Pink Panthers:

Jaipur Pink Panthers retained core players like Arjun Deshwal and added defensive strength with Surjeet Singh and Ravi Kumar. They also enhanced their raiding options by signing players such as Neeraj Narwal and Vikash Kandola.

Patna Pirates:

Patna Pirates retained Ankit and Sudhakar M and made strategic buys at the auction, including Shubham Shinde for INR 70 Lakh and Jang Kun Lee, to strengthen both their defense and attack.

Puneri Paltan:

Puneri Paltan retained most of their championship-winning squad and made key additions like V. Ajith Kumar for INR 66 Lakh. With a balanced mix of defense and attack, they aim to defend their title.

Tamil Thalaivas:

Tamil Thalaivas retained their core players and made the highest bid of the auction, signing Sachin for INR 2.15 Crore. With key players in both offense and defense, they look strong for the new season.

Telugu Titans:

The Telugu Titans retained some core all-rounders and strengthened their squad by re-signing Pawan Sehrawat using the FBM card. They also added key defenders and raiders to boost their chances for the upcoming season.

U Mumba:

U Mumba retained several players and made strategic additions such as Sunil Kumar for INR 1.015 crore, aiming to cover all bases in their squad for a competitive season.

UP Yoddhas:

UP Yoddhas retained key players and made strong additions, including Bharat for INR 1.30 crore and Sahul Kumar for INR 30 Lakh. They built a well-rounded squad with quality options across all positions.
